What should I do if Magician does not correctly display the health status or TBW?
1) Samsung 470 Series SSD does not support the drive status display feature (Health Status and TBW).
2) Drive status uses SMART values, so press the SMART button in the Magician home screen to make sure that all SMART values are correctly displayed.
3) If a driver compatibility issue fails the host's commands to the SSD, SMART values will not be visible, and the drive status will not be displayed.
Please use another program such as CrystalDisk Info.
4) Go to Device Manager - Select the driver associated with the SSD - Right-click Properties - Driver information – and run Update driver.
5) Please update the IRST driver to the latest version supported by your chipset.
