I created your new RMA Service Ticket, please use the​ number below for your return. You will be receiving a confirmation email soon.

NOTE: UPS return service has been requested. UPS will email you with a link to print a prepaid label; this may take up to 24-48 business hours (Not including Weekends and Holidays). This label is provided to cover shipping charges for your defective unit. If you do not receive the label within the mentioned time frame, please reply to this email.

Please review the return address provided on your return shipping label. If you identify any errors, do not hesitate to inform us so that we can promptly correct them and send you a new label.

This document authorizes the return of the product for warranty repair.

All products returned to Samsung must be packed in a securely protected and packaged shipping container. Please be sure to have the RMA number clearly displayed on the package. Failure to do so may result in the shipment being refused or returned. Please send ONLY the product.

• Please include a valid bill of sale or invoice in the package if it is available and has not already been provided.
• For internal SSDs, do NOT send any wires, cables, screws, manuals, cases, or anything else that would be considered valuable to your needs, unless otherwise specified. You MAY NOT receive these items back.
• For PSSDs, such as the T1, T3, T5-series, X5, T7-series, and T9, please include the original cables.
• If multiple RMAs are issued, you will receive multiple UPS labels unless otherwise specified; therefore, please ship each unit individually with its corresponding RMA number and shipping label, as the issued UPS labels are only insured for one unit.
• If your unit is exchanged, please be advised the replacement being shipped back to you requires a signature upon delivery.
