If you would like to exchange your product under warranty please fill out and attach the following information:

5. Your Reason for Exchange (A detailed explanation of the malfunction) -
6. Photos of the front and back of the memory unit for verification (Not the box or any of the packaging. Please provide the image in a JPEG or PNG format. Please do not paste but attach it to your reply email) –
7. If possible, please provide a Bill of Sale (Invoice or Receipt must be in an JPEG image file format or PDF. Please do not paste but attach it to your reply email) -

Please Note:
1. An email confirmation with a service ticket number will be provided typically within 24-48 business hours of receiving your request (not including weekends or holidays.)
2. Customers located within the United States will be provided a pre-paid UPS label to ship the Memory product to our Service Center. For customers in Canada, the address to ship the unit to will be included in the confirmation email. Samsung will cover return shipping for U.S. and Canada Customers. International Customers outside the US and Canada must include a pre-paid return label in the package with the unit, so the unit may be returned to you.
